The Intermediate (50/70) Baseball Division introduced for 13-year-olds which utilizes a 50-foot pitching distance and 70-foot base paths.
The division, which is new division of Bellefonte Little League Baseball in 2016 for players league-age 13 with postseason tournament opportunities, including a World Series, offers a transition for players between the standard Little League field size (46-foot pitching distance and 60-foot base paths) and the Junior/Senior/Big League field size (60-foot, 6-inch pitching distance and 90-foot base paths).
Is for children 9 to 12 years old and is considered a highly competitive division. Managers draft players based upon tryouts and their individual team needs.
Teams Play a 15-20 game season. With the top 4 team in the league standings playing in a best of 3 playoff and championship series. Players that compete in the Major League can sign up to be considered for post season play in the Little League International tournament.
Minor League & Pee Wee League
Considered a developmental divisions with increasing level of competitive play.
Minor League is a 8 to 11* league with the introduction to live pitching. Coaches emphasis upon player instruction and development. This is also considered a semi competitive division but more competitive than Pee Wee.
Pee Wee ages are 7 and 8 and is a coach pitch league, with an emphasis upon player instruction and development. This is a semi competitive division.
Both Minor league and Pee Wee divisions will interleague with neighboring leagues.
*12 year old children may play in the minor league system if they file for a waiver and granted permission from PA District 5 little league and the Eastern Region Little League International
T-Ball is an introductory Division for children ages 5 to 6 who are new to the game of baseball. T-Ball is NOT intended to be competitive but fun.
T-Ball has some interleague games with neighboring leagues.
